    Objectives: 10x DRY PH, 100x OIL 1.49 APO-TIRF, 60x SILICON OIL 1.3

    Excitation: confocal: 405/488/561/640nm laser (fiber coupled), widefield: standard DAPI/FITC/TRITC (405/488/561nm)

    Detection: 3 PMTs, Spectral detector: 32 channels, spectral resolution 2.5/5/10nm, sCMOS camera „Neo“ (Andor)

    Standard inverted confocal microscope with 3 PMT detectors and alternative spectral detector. Widefield excitation and additional camera are attached.

    Stage incubator can be attached
