Proteomic Forum in Würzburg

04/09/2026

One of the largest European conferences on proteomics will be held in Würzburg this December.

Proteomics is at a turning point. With the rapid development of molecular research and groundbreaking technologies, it is transforming the landscape of biomedicine, systems biology and clinical diagnostics. The Proteomic Forum, one of the largest European conferences on this topic, will take place in Würzburg from 29 November to 3 December 2026. The scientific programme includes eight top-class plenary sessions and seventeen specialised symposia that reflect the breadth and depth of current research. The focus is on innovative methods, the latest biological findings and translationally applicable approaches.

Prof. Bettina Warscheid, who is co-organising this conference, would like to invite scientists, collaboration partners and students to join the Proteomic Forum and to follow and shape the change in protein analysis.
