Project: Collective Motion of Trypanosoma

Working on applications and better understanding of the Vicsek model. The Vicsek model is an agent based model which creates phases of collective movement solely through the simple rules for the single agents. In particular, the goal is to reproduce real movement patterns of Trypanosoma brucei in order to better understand the nature of their movement and interaction.
