Content: The field excursion aims to familiarize students with the species characteristic of a temperate zone terrestrial ecosystem within an ecological context. Various methods of ecological data collection are used in faunistic surveys.

The excursion usually takes place in the Caucasus (Georgia) in spring or summer and lasts for approximately 10 days.
