Past projects:

 IMPULSE-project: Fostering the organic cultivation of grain legumes; a multi-scale feasability study for soy bean and lupin production in Sweden funded by FORMAS and lead by Alexander Menegat, Department of Crop production ecology, SLU, Sweden.Specifically, I was involved in testing the interactive effects between insect pollination and weed pressure on lupin yield of five different varieties grown in two regions in Sweden (Gotland and Uppland).

"Optimized pollination of field beans (Vicia faba minor) for sustainable supply of plant protein", funded by Formas to Ola Lundin, Department of Ecology, SLU, Sweden. Specifically, I was involved in testing the interactive effects between insect pollination, weed pressure and fungal infection on faba bean yield and bumblebee visitation rate.

"Ecobeans - The importance of insect pollination for field bean yield", funded by SLU EkoForsk and lead by Riccardo Bommarco, Department of Ecology, SLU, Sweden. Specifically, we tested the effects of sown annual flower strips and supplemented honeybee hives on densities of beneficial insects (pollinators and natural enemies of pests), pests, and ecosystem services (pollination, natural pest control and yield) in faba bean fields.
