Chair for Computational and Theoretical Biology

Nisar, Maria (MSc)

In biological research, accurate data labelling plays a crucial role. My research focuses on label prediction challenges in synthetic datasets using machine learning models, specifically Graphical Neural Networks (GNNs).

The aim of my project is to implement a GNN model capable of predicting labels for synthetic data that shares similar features as that of mouse embryo data.
