CEACAM6 regulates Human Neutrophil Responses to Candida albicans

We study the response of CEACAM receptors in human neutrophils against Candida Albicans.
Here on this supplementary website we provide the networks for CEACAM6 and CEACAM1. These network were assembled from the differentially expressed genes for the contrasts CC6 vs IGG and CC1 vs IGG as explained in the paper [cite-to-come]. Some further proteins were added as those are known interactors of the CEACAM receptors. The interactions were partially infered from our data and partially taken from curated data bases. The CC6 network in this PDF file is the one in Fig.5 of the paper.

This same CC6 network is also provided as xml file which can be opened for example in yEd or Cytoscpae (available here).

The interactions table (availabel here) contains three sheets:
     - genie3: with the interactions inferred from the RNA-seq samples
     - biogrid: with the interactions from biogrid for the genes in the RNA-seq samples plus the added proteins known to be interactors of CEACAM receptors.
     - string: with the interactions from string for the genes in the RNA-seq samples plus the added proteins known to be interactors of CEACAM receptors.

We also provide the CEACAM1 network file (available here ), the interactions tables (available here) and the PDF file for the CEACAM1 network.
