Large-scale evolutionary genomics

Thanks to multiple rounds of innovations in the sequencing technology, genome data are being produced at an unprecedented rate. However, it is often difficult to make use of publicly available data in evolutionary genomics due to data heterogeneity among different research projects. In this project, we aim to develop new methods for generating an amalgamated dataset and to provide an insight into mechanisms behind evolution using the large-scale genomic data.
