SEPARATOR

Separator is a program for decomposing large biochemical networks into smaller subsystems. This is helpful for avoiding combinatorial explosion of metabolic pathways. The source code was written by Thomas Pfeiffer (Zurich) and was debugged by the coauthor F. Moldenhauer. The decomposition procedure is published in Schuster et al. (2002).
